A new e-shop with Scandinavian furniture: fast, readable on mobile and with orders that flow into the warehouse on their own.
Design, Next.js storefront, warehouse integration, automatic order-status replies

/01 Starting point
Nordlys sold furniture through a template e-shop that took seven seconds to load on a phone, and every "where is my order" question was handled by a person by hand.
They wanted a website that feels like the brand – calm, without shouting – and less work around support.

/02 Solution
We built a storefront on Next.js with a custom design: large photographs, little text, a clear path to purchase.
Orders flow into the warehouse system automatically and the customer gets a status message without anyone having to open an e-mail. An AI assistant answers questions about delivery and returns straight from internal rules.

/03 Result
Completed orders went up by a third, the website loads in under a second and support gained two hours a day.
Nordlys manages content itself through the CMS.
Results
- 34%more completed orders
- 0.8 sLCP on mobile
- 2 hsaved on support every day
