/01 Starting point
Kovoset received enquiries by e-mail, retyped them into a spreadsheet and wrote each quote from scratch in a text editor.
One quote took two hours and the customer waited up to two days for a reply.
/02 Solution
The new website has a product catalogue with clear parameters and an enquiry form that stores the enquiry in the CRM, assigns it to a salesperson and sends the customer a confirmation within two minutes. From the enquiry, AI prepares a draft quote from templates based on the price list – the salesperson just checks and sends it.
/03 Result
A quote takes 20 minutes instead of two hours, the reply arrives immediately and website enquiries tripled.
After two weeks of training the team runs it on its own.
